Please help on a CSW3813

Brent (66.44.168.64) -

I have a Sentry Model safe that belonged to my Dad and he passed away. I need help opening it. The Ser No is AW949692.

Sorry to hear. Not sure how old your message is. I just got the same safe. Call SentrySafe and see what they can do. They will have a record of the key number and master combo for that serial, but not sure if they would give it to you. Otherwise, if your dad keeps product manuals in his files, find the product manual for it and that will have the key number and master combo. Or if he has an attorney and a will, he may have given extra key and combo info to attorney. If key slot is sticking out half an inch, you would only need the combo ... can try his birthday or last 4 of ssn, etc. You only get 3 tries then it locks you out for 2 minutes.

sorry to hear about your dad. we are savta members and can procure this info. you can call me 9 to 5 pacific time we have to charge a service charge thats so we can verify the credit card holders name who we are giving the combo to. as it is confidential info. a letter from the probate attorney or notary might also be needed click on our weblink below for the phone # and contact info best regards keyman
