If information stated below helps any of you to become more well-off, I have not wasted my time. . I have some experience. I have opened 12 different comanies during in my life. Nevertheless, every time before the starting a new one it was not easy to make correct choice and decide what is better to do. As it later occured, this choice determined my future success or failure.And if you read these lines, it seems that you should have a similar situation and be thinking: “What business shall I start?” Is this true? If the answer is yes, it is worth reading further. So, I have made some conclusions for myself that help avoid making mistakes, wasting money and time. Now, when making my choice regarding a new business I always estimate:
• To what extent things that I am going to produce or sell are necessary for people? How much will it worth for them? I try to make it clear for myself will my product help to solve any of their important problems, become more succesfull, improve their health...? And, what is the probable percentage of these people?
• What is the extent of competition in this area and can I become No. 1 in my region without any special efforts?
• What effort and how much money will be required at the begining and how soon will I have to wait to make profit?
The latest analysis I have conducted ten month ago when the business of my company «Badge Master» (by the way it manufactures excellent equipment for producing advertisements souvenirs!) had been well organized, the executive manager had been appointed and I had got some free time. I would like to tell you what was the result of the search of a «new product».
Well, I began my analysis from paragraph #1. Can you tell what does a man consumes above all in his life? It is easy! Of course, air! To be more correct one person consumes 20-25 kg per day. It would be awesome to sell air, wouldn't it? You would not manage with clients (the consumer market is enormous) because everyone needs air. However, there is no problem with air supply – it is everywhere!! At this point I wanted to put this product aside. But than I thought ... Stop, people also consume water and there is a lot of water in nature , but people make enormous money with selling it! That is why, I have to find ways. What do I know about air? The air in cities is very dirty and of low quality. I also know that most long-livers inhabit mountains and breathe mountain air. That's all, nothing else.
Than I talked to my friend, who was in charge of a sanitary and epideomologic air and soil labaratory. As a result of conversation I knew what I could never expected earlier. In particular, that
• The air of modern apartments and offices is 4-6 times dirtier and 8-10 times more toxic than the air outside!!!
• Different, widely used finishing materials (linoleum, wallpaper, plastic, paints, varnish …), and also washing and purifing means fill the air of rooms with toxic evaporations and particles which concentration is much higher than the respective concentration outside.
• There is a lot of dust in any room which is huge source of infection because microbes and viruses use particle of dust for movement and contact. Room dust is allergen No. 1.
• 150 square meteres of rooms produce 20 kg of dust per year, in which approxomately 15 different kinds of dust mites live! In 12 grams of dust there are 42000 dust mites!
• 90% of cold infectious deseases are acquired through the air inside of the rooms!
• Due to the fact that modern apartments and offices are tangled by wires, they stuffed with electronic equipment, the air of any room is very electrified.
• Domestic dust is not dead – it doesn’t just live but also reproduces itself as mold, fungi, viruses and bacteria. Why is it so? It happens because the environment is very favourable. Dwelling houses and offices are full of energy sources, warmth, food and in addition natural circulation of fresh air is absent there.
And a lot of other things ... A citizen of a civilized modern city spends about 90 % of his/her time indoors, can you imagine how much energy an organizm uses to neutralize all this muck? The widely spread consequences of this situation are allergy, sleepiness, headache, eyes irritability, frequent cold and infection ilnesesses, lack of energy, insomnia.
Then I thought : “if this problem is so acute to absolutely everyone, is it worth selling clean air for premises?”. Good idea! But how and in which form? I remembered that in Japan there are special machines in the center of Tokyo where one can throw a coin and can for some time inhale perfect, clean air. However nobody would set up such machines in houses. On the other hand, our people will not understand or value if I would sell clean air in ballons with oxygen masks too. I began to study the market of the Commonwealth of Independent States. What is the general picture? I don’t see anything worthy! There are only different Chinese ionizers and the Chizhevskyy chandelier. They produce little effect, they don’t solve many of the problems, have a large number of contraindications, but even these things are actively bought by people! I thought that it would be nice to find a device that would work well and resolve all the problems mentioned above. And do it effeciently! So eficiently that people wouldn’t have any doubts about it. You agree that with such device my success will be ensured, don’t you? The consumer market is enormous and there is virtually no competition, it will be very easy to become No. 1 instanteneously in any region. But where can I find such device and does it exist in nature at all? As it occured, what a surprise!! It exists! The newest development, it is manufactured in the USA. It has just appeared in the world market and few people know about it. I won’t tell you a how hard and troublesome was it to find it. I’d better tell you about the experiments I’ve conducted with it when I had finally ordered it and received.
I set this thing up at home and turned it on only in the evening, pushed different buttons, checked remote control. Everything seemed to be working. It was winter, there was frost outside, windows were shut, radiator worked, but heater had been turned on to make the air inside warmer. In general, normal thing for our country. It was warm, of course, but air is very hard. I thought, that the conditions were the best for the test. I didn’t believe in success... Nevertheless, I hardly fell asleep, because I was hoping for the positive result. I woke up... and I found out that the hardness of the air had disappeared, I did not feel any hardness and light morning brokeness with which I usually waked up. I tried to keep myself togethter, telling myself: “take it easy, it is too early to be excited, let’s continue...”. I moved the device to the lavatory. Tacking into account that my small Staffordshire terrier puppy pissed everywhere... and that my son didn’t wash the swab out very well after cleaning his poo... the air in the toilet did not smell of jasmine. I pressed a button for special function of rapid sanation (the device began to work with 120% of its power) and went out. I came back in 2 hours and I didn’t believe what i saw and felt. There were even no signs of unpleasent odour! Everything was neutralized! Later I have learned and received documental confirmations of the Kansas University researches confirming the fact that the device destroyes 99 % of fungi and bacteria not just in the air but also on any surfaces in the room.
It got even more interesting further... I asked my friend to smoke in room. He smoked one cigarette after another and I sat in a meter, but I felt neither tobacco smoke nor tobacco smell. At this point I gave freed my emotions and got very much excited. After that I tested my son’s running shoes near the device... I conducted the sanation of the clothes in the wardrobe and bed... I brought the device for metering to the sanitary and epideomological labaratory … gave the device to aquaintances suffering from allergy and my friend who had just finished repairing works at home... Many other things. The results of the tests and the comments made were always the source of joy to us. In a sanitary and epideomologic station I was told that finally they had found a real solution to the majority of people’s prooblems with which they apeal to them.
In five months, as I had supposed, devices were sold very well. People liked the product very much. The best marketing idea, that makes the sales really easy is that every person, who is interested in the product, can take the device home for 3 days for free of charge to make sure that it is efficient..
So, this what happened when the idea “to sell air” occured to me. That is why , my dear friends, if some of you becomes interested and asks me : “can I conduct this business?”. The answer will be “Yes, you can. And you can succeed!”. The market is enourmous. I can state from my own experience that working alone in an avarage city can earn more than 5000$.
