Do you use a Footrest under your desk?

I started using one a couple of years ago, after I was told that I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. My doctor suggested that I use a footrest as well to help me sit properly. It has really helped a lot.

No, I don't use a foot rest. Also, I notice that I will slouch in my chair, sometimes.

The footrest really forces me to sit properly in my chair. I had a big problem with slouching too, so using the footrest has been a lot of help!

I'm a big proponent of footrests...
Increased circulation in the legs, support, and a fuller utilization of the back/lumbar support.
And really, for what, 40 to 90 dollars... a great deal!
