What spyware detection program do you recommend? I've heard that the free ones, e.g., adaware, spybot, aren't any better than the spyware they're supposed to eliminate.

I use adaware and like it but I just don't think that that is enough anymore. Lately I have noticed my computer running sluggish and in the past all I had to do was run adaware and the problem would be fixed but now it just seems like I run adaware and it doesn't do a thing.

Oh way to get me paranoid! Hahaha. I use adware too actualy and i think it's working? I really don't know all that much about viruses and spyware.
