I am looking for the plastic tap to change my base phone to a wall mount. this is used to hold the receiver on the base when it is on the wall. This is not a cordless phone. I purchased it 6 months ago.

I am looking for 2 or more modular handset jacks that sit on the lower part of the plastic case, on therear side of the phone. This is the 4 conductor plastic female jack (RJ something) that the handset cord connects to the telephone. I have 2 phones where this jack has cracked and it no longer holds the handset cord in place. Does anyone know what this is called and where to get a couple of these? HELP...I have two nice old Western Electric phones (1-2500 desk set and 1-2554 wall set) that work perfectly.

I own an AT&T 420. One of the connectors of my handset broke and I have found that that connector is of a different size and fit from current available handset cords. All I really need is a new standard size handset cord. If these are now available can you inform me regarding how to obtain it and the price and/or shipping information? Thank you, Bob Bryson • Page 1 (Original Post) •
