Hello! I have a Lazy Boy recliner with massage and heat. Suddenly, the massage and heat stopped working. Please tell me if there is a fuse inside that may have blown? Or do the AC adapters go bad? I really need to get this fixed ASAP as I sleep in it every night and I need this feature to be working so I can sleep OK.

I PURCHASED A A LA Z BOY SECTIONAL SOFA 1 1/2 YEARS AGO AT A LA Z BOY GALLERY NEAR PITTSBURGH , PA I PAID $2, 200 FOR IT PLUS EXTRA FOR THE EXTENED WARANTY. NOT EVEN 7 MONTHS LATER I PICK UP THE NEWSPAPER & SEE ON TV WHERE ALL THE LA Z BOY FURNITURE STORE'S IN THE PITTSBURGH AREA ARE CLOSING. I CALLED LA Z BOY WHERE I MADE MY PURCHASED & WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY THAT MY WARRANTY WOULD STLL BE COVERED 3 MONTHS LATER I CALLED THAT NUMBER LAZ BOY GAVE ME ONLY TO GET A RECORDING SAYING IT WAS DISCONNECTED. I ASK NOW WHAT DO I DO ? AT LEAST L Z BOY SHOULD OF REFUNDED OUR EXTENED WARRANY BACK. AGAIN WHAT DO I DO ??

i have a la-z-boy rocker recliner i bought new i found my warrenty papers and tags that were on the chair but no reciept so the spring mount broke and i need a new one part is stamped 87 and has 6 holes in it and screws to the wood frame please help as la-z-boy will not due to not having reciept thanks it is 20 years old but in great shape and my wife is trying to get rid of it thanks again john

Dear Lazyboy,

Looking for replacement part for my Lazyboy leather recliner.

Their are 4 springs under the cushion where you sit. One of them

has snapped from the weld holding it. Please advise if repairable
