I need the ratchet arm and the part with teeth on it that locks the recliner from falling back down when you recline back. The chair is a reclinarocker recliner from lazboy model #BL433024. I'v been trying to get these parts from the dealer for about 9 months now and keep getting the run around. My wife has acid reflux and sleeps in this chair very often. Can you please help me.If you would like I could send you pictures of the parts I need. At this point I'm am willing to pay for them myself even though I now they have lifetime warranty.
